Background Information
While most people worked remotely during the pandemic and look forward to retaining this flexibility in industries that are supportive, this has coincided with a significant rise in cybersecurity incidents which are costly to remedy.
For instance, when people access their home networks while working remotely, it creates new attack surfaces for cybercriminals to take advantage of. To build up digital defences against such threats, companies have a number of security policies and security programs that mustbe installed on their computers.
However, in order to ensure that users are using the most recent stable versions of the Operating System and apps, as well as to determine whether they are compliant, Business Technology teams need to continuously manage patches. This is further complicated by the explosion of apps which are often not integrated with one another.
Problem
With the rise of automation, how can we leverage technology to integrate our security processes end-to-end to determine who are the compliant license users and who is not?

How can automation enable a secure yet seamless remote work environment for all?
